MyServiceMonitor, LLC provides the Dual Lens Quick Look and Dual Lens Lightweight Snapshot plugins for use within ChatGPT.

These plugins are designed to work with generalized descriptions of service-management situations. Users should avoid providing confidential, regulated, personal, proprietary, credential, payment-card, health, government-identifier, or otherwise sensitive information.

The current public versions are skills-only plugins. They do not use a MyServiceMonitor-operated external server, database, MCP server, or external authentication service. MyServiceMonitor therefore does not independently receive or store the contents of your ChatGPT conversations merely because you use a Dual Lens plugin.

Information you provide in ChatGPT is processed by OpenAI under OpenAI’s applicable privacy policies, product settings, and terms.

The plugins use the information in the current conversation only to support the requested Dual Lens analysis, such as clarifying a service boundary, considering Value Posture, examining Control Integrity evidence, identifying evidence gaps, and developing an appropriately limited diagnostic interpretation.

MyServiceMonitor does not sell, rent, or disclose plugin conversation content to advertisers or data brokers.

Because MyServiceMonitor does not independently collect conversation content through these skills-only plugins, it does not maintain a separate retention period for that content. ChatGPT conversation retention is governed by OpenAI’s policies and the user’s account settings.

The plugins are intended for professional and organizational use and are not directed specifically to children under 13.

Future Dual Lens capabilities may introduce optional integrations or external processing. If that occurs, this policy will be updated before those capabilities are made publicly available.
