This course is an ideal vehicle to Establish a Business Lane for your ITSM Road Map. The CEMM approach occurs at three levels:

This three (3) day class takes participants through each level using case studies, with the intent of providing the client with the ability to take the knowledge back and apply it immediately. Ongoing training of client personnel can be via an easy to use, affordable, web-based learning system.
