Training
ITSM On-Ramp™ Services include fully accredited ITIL© Certification instruction in all ITIL© V3 Foundation and Intermediate courses for IT professionals. MyServiceMonitor also offers professional training & certification in the advanced techniques of process management for key business staff. Offering both business and IT training can help accelerate business/IT alignment while keeping the business focused on external customers and IT focused on process improvements most critical to the organization.
Classes can be held on-site at customer locations or at the Jersey City Campus of Phoenix University, conveniently located at the Pavonia/Newport PATH station. In addition many classes are available via a web-based delivery model, providing an affordable alternative.
While these classes are offered on a standalone basis, the intent of ITSM On-Ramp™ Services is to incorporate them into an overall program for accelerating ITSM adoption and business/IT alignment.
Consulting
Consulting services are geared towards individual client requirements and could include ITSM assessments, implementation workshops, awareness briefings, project management and/or eG Innovations implementation support. Consultation with the client is required to ensure that the scope and deliverables are understood and agreed.
