John Worthington has over 28 years in IT, having been involved with the service delivery management space from the supplier side, as a customer, and as a consultant.
John holds a number of certifications, including the PMP, Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management and the CPP/CPDE. He provides accredited certification instruction around ITIL, CobiT, ISO 20000 and other best practice frameworks.
His career includes executive positions at Unisys, AT&T, Loral and CIBER. In addition, John has experience with several emerging software start-ups in the service management space.
